A Recovery Kit is your emergency kit, a PDF document including your account information like a Recovery Key and registered email address. In the event that you are unable to sign in, you can access your PassWatch account by filling out and securely storing your Recovery Kit. When you create an account in PassWatch, an automated Recovery Kit is generated, and PassWatch prompts you to download and store your Recovery Kit.
You can save your recovery kit in the following ways:
1. On your USB flash drive, save your Recovery Key.
2. Save the recovery key to a Word or Excel document.
3. Get the recovery key printed.
If you lose your master password, there is no other way to access your PassWatch account without a recovery kit; thus, we strongly advise saving your recovery key in a secure location.
